We are seeking your support in promoting a Mobile Connectivity Not Spot Reporting Survey across your parish.
Please could you display the attached survey poster on parish notice boards and, where possible, in other well-used community locations where residents and businesses are likely to see it. This might include village halls, community centres, libraries, sports facilities, local shops, pubs, cafés, doctors’ surgeries and other public venues.
The survey aims to gather real-world experiences of mobile coverage from residents and businesses, helping us build a clearer picture of areas affected by poor signal, dropped calls and unreliable mobile data services, more can be learnt here: Digital Wiltshire – Wiltshire Council
Every response is helping to improve our understanding of local connectivity challenges and support future engagement with mobile network operators and other stakeholders. We have mapped 1,376 responses so far and we are hoping to achieve the next milestone of 2,000 as soon as possible.
